Die Hülse ist gefüllt mit verbranntem Reis und Asche, eingebettet in Harz.
So wird aus einem Werkzeug des Messens ein Symbol für Mangel, Entzug und globale Ungleichheit.
Ein Ring über das Paradoxon unserer Zeit: Überfluss auf der einen Seite, systemischer Hunger auf der anderen.
