🇩🇪 Apokalyptischer Reiter: Krankheit
Dieser Ring besteht aus weißer Keramik – gefüllt mit Fragmenten von Latexhandschuhen in Blau, Weiß und Schwarz.
Steril, kalt, gebrochen.
Er entstand in Auseinandersetzung mit meiner eigenen Biografie als Krankenpfleger und den Erfahrungen der Covid-Zeit.
Er symbolisiert Krankheit als Vorboten des Todes: Schwäche, Isolation und das Gefühl der Machtlosigkeit.
Kein Schmuckstück, sondern ein tragbares Mahnmal.

🇫🇷 Cavalier de l’Apocalypse : Maladie
Cette bague est réalisée en céramique blanche – remplie de fragments de gants en latex bleus, blancs et noirs.
Stérile, froide, brisée.
Elle est née de ma propre expérience de soignant et des années marquées par le Covid.
Elle symbolise la maladie comme prélude à la mort : faiblesse, isolement et impuissance.
Pas un bijou, mais un avertissement à porter.

This ring is made of white ceramic – filled with fragments of latex gloves in blue, white and black.
Sterile, cold, fractured.
It grew out of my own biography as a nurse and the experiences of the Covid years.
It symbolizes disease as the harbinger of death: weakness, isolation, and the profound sense of helplessness.
Not a piece of jewelry, but a wearable reminder.
