Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be reimbursed.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will generally use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised or tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
At Artinrings, this applies in particular to rings and other commissioned works individually made according to the customer’s specifications, for example items made to an individual ring size, with a specific choice of materials or using materials supplied by the customer.
