Shipping
Artinrings ships from Luxembourg and currently delivers exclusively to Luxembourg and Germany.
Available one-of-a-kind pieces are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment. For commissioned works, custom-made items or personalised items, the individually agreed production and delivery times apply.
Shipping Costs
The applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout and clearly shown before the order is completed.
Shipping Providers
Depending on the destination and availability, orders are shipped using suitable delivery providers, in particular Post Luxembourg. Where available, tracking information will be provided.
Delivery Times
The following delivery times apply from the date of dispatch:
• Luxembourg: generally 1–3 business days
• Germany: generally 2–5 business days
These delivery times are estimates. Longer delivery times may occur, particularly on public holidays or in the event of delays by the shipping provider.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your delivery as soon as reasonably possible after receipt. If an item has been damaged during transport, please contact us at info@artinrings.lu and, if possible, include photographs of the damage.
