Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed via the Artinrings online shop by Lars Ley. Any changes require written agreement.

2. Offer & Contract Formation
Product images and descriptions are not binding offers but invitations to place an order. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by e-mail.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are final under Luxembourg’s small business regulation – VAT not applicable – article 57.
Payment by bank transfer or as specified in the shop.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Luxembourg, the EU, and worldwide upon request. Delivery time is usually 5–14 business days. For custom orders, delivery times are agreed individually.

5. Custom Orders
Bespoke items (e.g., with customer-supplied material) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. A 20 % deposit is due at the time of order, balance before shipping.

6. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day withdrawal right, except for custom-made or personalised goods. See Withdrawal Policy.

7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. As each piece is handmade, variations in colour and texture may occur.

Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

Exclusions
No withdrawal right for:
– Custom-made orders
– Personalised items

Consequences
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments (excluding shipping) within 14 days after receiving the return. Return costs are borne by you.
